JVC INTRODUCES COMPACT PORTABLE SPEAKERS FOR iPOD® USERS

New SP-A130 is available in four iPod nano colors.

LAS VEGAS, January 7, 2010 – An iPod® nano-matching powered portable speaker was announced today by JVC.  The new JVC SP-A130 is a compact, portable speaker available in four iPod nano 5G colors.

The compact SP-A130 is a dual driver speaker that features a sliding cover design so it remains small and easy to pack when not in use and protects the two drivers.   Sliding it open exposes both drivers along with the built-in storage area in the back for the connecting cord.  A stand allows the speaker to be easily propped up for use.

JVC Mobile Introduces Six New CD Receivers in 2010

January 2010, Cypress, Calif. – JVC Mobile Entertainment has added six new CD receivers to its 2010 product line. All receivers feature MP3/WMA Playback, Detachable Face, AUX Input, and wireless remote control.

The KD-R810 CD Receiver features both front and real dual USB 2.0 connections for USB devices such as USB Memory sticks, digital audio players, cell phones, and iPod/iPhone connectivity with 2-way iPod/iPhone control and charging. The unit is also equipped with Bluetooth wireless technology via an included Bluetooth USB adapter, which can be used with the front or rear USB ports. The KD-R810 is HD and Satellite Radio ready plus MP3/WMA/WAV compatible. Also new for this model is External Mode for iPod Touch and iPhone allowing users to stream music and audio from their favorite Apps through USB connection, as well as front AUX input, HS-IVi tuner, loudness control in 3 patterns, Full Dot LCD display, separated variable-color illumination, and wireless remote.
