JVC Launches AV Navigation with HD Radio® Traffic

January 2010, Cypress, Calif. ? JVC is introducing the KW-NT3HDT, an all-in-one memory navigation system with built-in HD Radio®, offering real-time traffic conditions and other useful information. With the highly reliable Windows Automotive OS, quick start-up, and P.O.I. updatable with Google Maps, the unit provides stress-free driving on the road. Other features include Bluetooth® Wireless Technology, iPod®/iPhone™ audio and video playback, iTunes Tagging, detachable face panel, and user-friendly interface.

The included wired microphone offers flexible settings for clear communication. The Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP) for iPhone™ lets you automatically access your phone book without transfer. You can also manually transfer up to 500 numbers from compatible cell phones. Switching from hands-free to a private conversation can be done by a push of a key.

JVC Mobile Expands Connectivity With Bluetooth Technology

January 2010, Cypress, Calif. — JVC Mobile Entertainment’s new 2010 lineup includes many products offering built-in Bluetooth technology and Bluetooth-ready capability for hands-free calling and increased convenience and safety.

JVC Mobile and Arsenal Series Receivers that feature built-in Bluetooth, or are Bluetooth-ready via an interface, offer hands-free calling while driving. Phone calls can easily be made and received directly through the receiver, and voice recognition technology enables immediate dialing from the driver’s cell phone without the distraction of handling the phone while driving.
